Hello my name is Josemi!
Some of you might remember me from the welcome fair, watching me demo or help with kit at training, the Muay Thai group chat, the Instagram posts, fighting at UFN and hopefully varsity soon, or being one of this year's Muay Thai Social Secretaries.
For those of you who don't know me (I'll try and make it quick):
I'm Josemi, this year's social secretary. I started Muay Thai in October 2023, and I haven't stopped since then. I have 2 non-decision fights under my "belt" (lol) and hopefully my first decision fight will come up soon.
I won the most improved award with Naim on my first year from our coach Phil & also got the Bloodline Sponsorship Scheme this 2025.
I'm from Spain, I have a dog named Platón and a twin brother. My friends like to call me Duno too -_-
Why Josemi for VP?
- To make the reason that made my university experience amazing keep being amazing for others.
- Providing a future structure/timetable for the club for a more systematic and enjoyable process for members and committee.
- Improving the ticket buying process to facilitate training.
- Help to make the society more inclusive for every member.

This club has given me strength when I needed it the most, the people, the sport and the community is something I will never forget, and I know everyone applying for this position also thinks the same way and might as well deserve it as much as me, in any case I will always be grateful of this club and try and help as much as I am capable of.
