I am excited to nominate myself for the Marketing Officer position, driven by my passion for medical technology and its power to transform healthcare. I am inspired by how MedTech innovations improve patient care and save lives. I am eager to help the MedTech Society grow, engage more members, and promote events that inspire the next generation of innovators.

If elected, my key priorities will be:

Expanding Our Reach: Utilizing targeted social media strategies to attract new members and keep current members engaged.

Inspiring Storytelling: Creating compelling content that highlights the impact of MedTech, including event recaps, member success stories, and the latest industry advancements.

Strengthening Our Identity: Building a strong, recognizable brand through consistent messaging and eye-catching visuals.

Building Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with startups, healthcare organizations, and other societies to enhance event visibility and create valuable connections.

I am passionate about bridging technology and healthcare, and I believe that effective marketing can spark curiosity and inspire positive change. I and am confident in my ability to amplify the society’s message and inspire others to join our mission. Dear MedTech members, my name is Saloni and I am passionate about bringing you a MedTech society next year that delivers you to success. Promoting the field of MedTech to all is a cause that is very close to my heart, and with my experience of Events Officer for UCL Cardiothoracic Surgery Committee this year, I have demonstrate all the skills to bring you some excellent events next year. As someone who personally benefitted from the MedTech mentorship programme, networking events and coding workshops, I know just how to improve them and bring them to you better next year!
