Having been Jam Manager this year, I think I would be suited for this role. The Institute jams are great way to become closer to the society, so I'd love to be a part of that! Since this is a one person role, I feel like my experience with the Phineas Jams will useful. I also have experience casting and putting people into small bands for Fiesta!
