I would like to nominate myself for Head of Music for Indian Society. As an individual deeply passionate about music, I am standing for the role of Head of Music to create a dynamic and inclusive space where everyone can explore, appreciate, and contribute to the musical legacy of our Indian Society. With my experience, leadership, and strong organisational skills, I aim to elevate our society’s musical presence and foster a thriving musical community. I have had experience of Carnatic singing and Bharathnatyam (Indian Classical Dancing) for 12 years so I feel I am very suited to this role. My future plans;

  • Choreograph the committee dances.
  • Organise potential music workshops.
  • Provide opportunities for members to showcase their musical talents through performances and collaborations.
  • I will ensure committee performances run smoothly and efficiently.
