Neha Kulkarni

I am confident that I can take on the role of Greenough's President through my previous two years of experience in the committee, having taken on the role of Fresher's Rep and Events Secretary.

As a president of Greenough, I promise:

  • Bigger and better inclusive socials, bringing the Earth Sciences community together, such as a the success of the Christmas Dinner
  • Increasing academic support, networking events and creating stronger industry connections
  • A more active and engaged society and increasing collaboration with other societies to offer a wider variety of experiences

If you vote for me, I'll make Greenough a society where everyone feels involved, supported and filled with lots of fun (and free) activities! Vote for me :)

Matthew Lee

Being the president of the Greenough society will be an excellent chance for me to engage more students into Earth Sciences. I would like to provide opportunities for schoolmates to know more about our planet and the processes which shape our physical landscape in an engaging and interactive way, especially those who are not studying Earth Sciences or any related subjects. I also wish to provide a platform for schoolmates who share an interest in Earth Sciences to socialise and interact with each other. It will also be a good opportunity for me and other committee members who share a common passion for Earth Sciences to collaborate as a team to achieve the goals mentioned above. I am confident that my knowledge acquired from lessons and bonds with other schoolmates would allow me to be capable of taking up this role.
