Green Economy Society has given me the platform to engage with ESG, sustainable finance, and green technology. Through debates, guest lectures, and networking events, I’ve gained insights that reinforced my commitment to expanding opportunities. I am running for Vice President to broaden the society’s reach, improve events, and strengthen industry connections.

I bring three key strengths to this role. Firstly, I understand what makes events impactful. In a debate on fossil fuels in developing countries, I presented structured arguments and was recognized for my analytical approach, reinforcing my belief in critical discussions.

Secondly, I have strong organizational and partnership-building experience. As a Public Relations member of EZ Well Being Society, I expanded partnerships with 80+ professionals and 10+ companies and helped establish a collaboration with Imperial College CSSA, strengthening cross-university connections. These experiences demonstrate my ability to coordinate events and build networks—skills I will leverage to grow Green Economy Society.

Lastly, my analytical and communication skills will strengthen collaborations. At Oxfam, I optimized inventory and promoted the UK’s Gift Aid scheme, gaining practical ESG experience. As Vice President, I will expand partnerships, organize impactful discussions, and create career opportunities.

With my experience and dedication, I am confident I can strengthen the society and drive meaningful discussions on sustainability.
