Aditi Bansal

Hi! I am Aditi (currently a first year law student) and I am running to be your welfare officer. Even though I just joined the society in the second term, I have had an incredible time attending the events and interacting with people. I aim to ensure that everyone has an inclusive, safe and incredible experience next year.

  • Very friendly and approachable.
  • Great communication skills and have the ability to form long-lasting relationships.
  • Good time management things and can handle multiple things at once.

Relevant experience:

  • Experience in organizing large-scale events. (Organizing member of the largest law school culture fest and largest law school sports fest in India).
  • Experience in organizing small-scale events. (Have personally headed the organization of events like Karaoke and mental health Paint&Sip events)
  • Good communication skills (As a mentor and tutor to high school students, I have mentored students through the stressful process of university applications and final exams)

Proposals:

  • Anonymous google form for any ongoing or future concerns.
  • Weekly drop in sessions and a weekly Instagram suggestion box where you can put in any concerns or ideas.
  • I aim to compile a google sheet over the summer that has all the resources that can be helpful to you!
  • Welfare socials like walks, picnics, cafe visits.
  • Welfare group studies and study socials because I understand that a competitive university like UCL can be stressful and straining on your mental health.
  • Regular welfare check-ins.
