In my role as Client Relations Executive, I have actively contributed to the growth of the Society by securing key partnerships and engaging with industry leaders. My commitment to strengthening our network and enhancing opportunities for members is what drives me to take on the role of VP Client Relations. I aim to expand collaborations, solidify existing relationships and increase the Society's presence in the fintech space.
Beyond this role, I have a strong vision for the Fintech Society and its future. As the organiser of Finance Night, I have worked to bring together all the major finance societies from UCL, NYU London and other top institutions, fostering meaningful discussions and industry connections.
These projects reflect my ambition to further position the Society as a key player in the fintech ecosystem. By utilising my experience and expanding our reach, I believe we can secure even more impactful partnerships and create exclusive career opportunities for our members. I am committed to ensuring the continued success of the Society, strengthening its reputation and making it an even greater platform for students passionate about fintech.

I’m running for FinTech Society Client Relations VP because I’m passionate about fintech and the many directions our society can grow. I’ve gone out of my way to learn coding languages and landed a technology consulting internship, despite coming from a mechanical engineering background. I simply enjoy being in a fintech environment and staying up to date with the latest developments. I’ve immersed myself in fintech through multiple hackathons—some of which I’ve won—and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of collaborating with like-minded innovators. I believe our society can create amazing internship opportunities and secure meaningful sponsorships if we reach out effectively to industry partners.
Beyond my enthusiasm for fintech, I have real experience organising and leading societies, as well as maintaining client relations. I founded the first Burmese Society in Myanmar, and I’ve successfully reached out to companies to forge sponsorship deals in the past, whilst also consistently maintaining relationships with other societies across the UK, leading to numerous collaborations. Building these connections, encouraging student involvement, and expanding our professional network is something I truly enjoy. I love speaking to people, learning about their goals, and figuring out how we can collaborate to build something remarkable.
