Financial Literacy Matters Society: Welfare Officer

Hello, my name is Ashley and I am going into my final year as an English literature student. I didn’t know much about Financial literacy but this society really opened my eyes to how important it is and I hope that others will be able to say the same after joining FLM. As a Welfare officer, I hope to create a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone—regardless of background or experience—can enjoy learning about financial literacy. I am very organised and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent work ethic and time management. I will be committed to organising events that are fun, inspiring and educational! I now hope to be more involved so I can share my ideas for making workshops more accessible and engaging for all types of students in a fun and creative way.
