Entrepreneurs Society: Business Game Director

Hi everyone! My name is Reis and I am thrilled to run for Business Games Director, a role that plays a key part in bringing our flagship event to life. 

Why vote for me? 

1. Seamless Event Execution: As a current events executive for the society, I have gained a deeper understanding of how events are planned and carried out. Furthermore, my past experiences of being the Head of Charity and the vice-president of the debate club in high school has given me hands-on experience in regards to organising large scale events with multiple external parties. 
2. Strong Collaborations: I will build on our existing relationships with top firms, ensuring that we have exciting challenges and valuable networking opportunities for members.
3. Inclusive and fun: I understand how intimidating career oriented competitions can be and I aim to make the 2025 business games fun and accessible for everyone! 

I am eager to take on the role of Director of Business Games because I am passionate about creating impactful opportunities for students to engage with top industry professionals and develop essential business skills. This competition serves as a bridge between ambitious students and major companies, and I want to ensure it reaches its full potential by organizing high-quality challenges, fostering corporate relationships, and enhancing the overall experience. My leadership, strategic planning, and enthusiasm for business make me well-suited to drive this event's success and leave a lasting impact on the society and its members. Attending the Business Games myself as a fresher was a great introduction into what this society has to offer, and how valuable it is in connecting students with top companies and providing real-world business challenges. As an Economics student with a strong interest in strategic thinking and problem-solving, I am excited to take on the role of Director to enhance and expand this experience for others. With my background in management and event organization—ranging from charity events to business initiatives—I have the skills to coordinate a high-impact competition, build strong corporate relationships, and ensure seamless execution. I am eager to bring fresh ideas, strong leadership, and a passion for business to this role, making Business Games an even greater success.
