Words have always been my medium—how I make sense of the world and shape ideas into something that lingers. This year, as a journalist for Green&Gilded, I’ve loved being part of that creative process, turning language into something meaningful. Now, I want to help lead the magazine into its next chapter.

I have experience both leading and learning from editorial teams, having been Editor-in-Chief of my high school magazine, where I worked closely with writers to curate thoughtful content. Last summer at The Washington Post, I gained deeper insight into storytelling and the importance of fostering diverse perspectives. These experiences have sharpened my ability to collaborate, edit, and create a publication that resonates.

If selected, I would expand Green&Gilded’s reach, introducing fresh themes while exploring digital enhancements to bring our publication to life in new ways. More than anything, I believe a great magazine is built on conversation—between writers, editors, and the world beyond the page. I would listen attentively to my team, ensuring every voice is heard, every idea considered, and every piece given the care it deserves.

Green&Gilded is more than a collection of articles; it is an archive of thought, creativity, and language. I want it to be a space where words are not just written but felt, capturing the pulse of the English Society and turning it into something lasting. I would love the opportunity to bring my passion, experience, and vision to this role.
