Education Innovation and Edupreneurship Society: Welfare Officer

Hi everyone! I’m Eva Deng, a second year BA Education studies student, and I’m excited to be running for Welfare Officer for the next academic year.  

Being part of the EIE Society has been an incredible experience, and I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have a supportive and inclusive community. University life can be challenging, and I want to ensure that everyone in our society feels heard, valued, and supported. Whether it’s through open conversations, well-being initiatives, or simply creating a safe space for members to connect, I’m committed to making EIE a place where people can thrive both personally and professionally.  

If elected, I will focus on fostering a culture of well-being, encouraging open discussions, and providing resources that support our members in both their academic and personal lives. EIE is not just a society—it’s a community, and I want to make sure that every member feels welcomed and empowered.
