Hi! I’m Dahlia, a first year student, and this year I had the amazing opportunity to participate in Blooms!! From the very first class, I knew this was a community I wanted to be deeply involved in, not just as a dancer, but as someone who can help grow and promote our society’s talent and passion. That’s why I’m running for Publicity and Design Officer!!!!
I’d be a great fit for this role since I love graphic design, in high school I had the chance to design my year’s senior hoodies, prom and graduation tickets, gaining experience in branding, merchandise creation and event promotion. Seeing my designs come to life were incredibly rewarding and I would be honored to do as much for UCL’s dance society!!
Beyond just designing, I’m committed to creating fluid communication between officers to make sure the dance committee is as cohesive, efficient, and creatively aligned as possible, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and everyone’s vision is represented. I also like to think of myself as a very organized person (in my humble opinion..), so attending class duties and being in a shows production sounds right up my alley!!
