Election post

Hello, my name is Ines Aissi, and I am a penultimate-year student at the UCL School of Management, studying Information Management. I am excited to apply for the role of Welfare Officer at UCL Consulting Society, bringing a structured, impact-driven approach to fostering well-being, engagement, and inclusivity.
As Head of Marketing for Muslimah Careers Society and Marketing Executive for the School of Management Society, I have led large-scale events, strengthened community engagement, and streamlined communications. I have also been an active participant in UCL Consulting Society, attending BCG and Oliver Wyman office visits, Kearney’s online Q&A, and leading my team as a finalist in the Case Study Competition.
In this role, I will focus on three key priorities. First, well-being and support via leveraging my experience as an Academic Representative, I will ensure members feel heard, signposting relevant resources and ensuring safety of society members. Second, community and engagement—I aim to cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment where members can build genuine connections and engage with the society beyond its professional events. Finally, operational excellence: I will streamline processes, including First-Year Representative selection, and efficiently organise key society events with my existing background in event management in societies.
I look forward to enhancing the society’s impact and member experience. Thank you for your time and consideration! :)
