You probably all know me, I've been around a fair while.
I think its probably time I depart from the editorial side of the publication. I've put in a fair shift and, for my final year, I think it'll be best if I make the move across to the managerial side of things.
Saying that, I have actually ran (unsuccessfully) for this position before. This is my redemption arc!
In all seriousness, I would love to play a crucial role in ensuring that the finances are in good order as to allow our publications and sketch comedy group to continue doing their fantastic work. My parents are accountants so its in my blood to be good at spreadsheets!
Serving as the treasurer of this society would be a fantastic way for me to end my time at The Cheese Grater, and I would give all I can to the job. This society has quite literally made my University experience, so I have vested interest in seeing that our finances stay in check! I am, some may say, eternally indebted to this publication (though worry not, under my treasurership we shall be indebted to no one!)
