The UCL Cheese & Wine Society has long been a beloved institution for students passionate about fine food, great company, and the timeless pairing of cheese and wine. However, under my leadership and vision, we have transformed the society into more than just a place to indulge in gourmet experiences—it has become a hub of innovation, inclusivity, and industry connection.

This manifesto outlines my vision for the society’s future, the groundbreaking events we have pioneered, and the vital relationships we have forged with industry specialists like Deke at the Deli Warehouse.
