Hi everyone! My name is Rina Horie and I am currently a member of team Flash! I am running for Publicity Officer not only because I want to share our hard work and unforgettable moments as a society, but also to ensure that they are preserved as lasting memories on our social media page.
Being a part of the UCL Lightning community for the past few months have brought me immense joy and lifelong friendships, and this incredible experience is something that I want to share with a wider audience. I want showcase the remarkable spirit of our society---making sure that it truly encompasses the energy, passion and commitment we all bring to cheer, and encourage new students to join our community as well.
As Publicity Officer, I will bring creativity, organisation, and strong time management skills to maintain consistent and engaging content that truly represents the spirit of Lightning. My past leadership experiences, including being the captain of team Flash, have equipped me with the ability to plan effectively, communicate a clear message and foster a sense of unity. I am excited to plan innovative ways to celebrate all of our achievements, inspire others, and create a space where every member feels recognised and valued!
