Hi everyone! I'm Natasha, and I'm part of Lightning Flash ⚡️
As an international student from Singapore, UCL cheer has become my home away from home. Lightning has shown me such unconditional love and support that I immediately knew I wanted to contribute to creating that same welcoming environment for next year's community.
I've been a competitive dancer my whole life, and I love every bit of dedication, teamwork, and energy that comes with performance and pushing myself to improve. When I joined Lightning, I found that same passion. Being part of this team has made my uni journey feel less daunting and so much more enjoyable while also giving me a greater sense of purpose.
As secretary, my proactive nature will ensure smooth communication within the committee, streamlined event organisation, and strong collaboration among members to make sure everything runs efficiently. Cheer is a community I am deeply committed to, and I will bring my tenacity and enthusiasm to this role, making sure Lightning stays strong and is always ready to win ;)
