Cancer Charities Alliance Society: Volunteering Officer

I am standing for the role of Volunteering Officer because I am deeply passionate about making a difference in the fight against cancer and supporting those affected by it. Volunteering has always been an important part of my life, from assisting a disabled home in my town, to working with the Green Team in my high school on the SolarAid project. I believe that connecting people with meaningful opportunities to contribute can have a powerful impact, both on individuals and the wider community. I want to help members of the society find fulfilling and impactful ways to get involved, whether through direct support for patients, fundraising, or public health initiatives. By reaching out to charities and external organisations I hope to strengthen the network of the society and create more opportunities for engagement, ensuring that our society makes a real and lasting difference. I believe that with my dedication, organisational skills, and enthusiasm for volunteering, I can help our society grow and make an even greater impact.
