Visions for 25/26 season:

To carry on the fun and hardworking environment whilst ensuring everyone has the best opportunity to meet their individual aims.  If I were to be elected as captain next year, I would like to spend time with each athlete, setting goals that are personal and tailored to them. I would also like to promote more cohesiveness between the squads; this could include joint pieces on Saturdays as well as more integration between the novice and senior squads, especially towards the end of the season. I am really passionate about rowing, I started when I was 12 and have loved it ever since. I would love to be able to show my gratitude for all those who have been role models for me by leading a squad of amazing women. I have qualified for and competed at Henley Royal Regatta, as well as National Schools and Henley Womens. I was boat club captain of my school so I have experience in leading girls aged 11-18, I was responsible for working alongside coaches, as well as having responsibility for running sessions. I am organised, receptive to feedback, and love a good spreadsheet, as each cohort is different,  I would look to continually adapt the pathway of the squad in response to our group and individual strengths to ensure that everyone is able to get the most out of the season. I have absolutely loved rowing at UCLBC this year and it would be an honour to carry on Zoë's legacy next year. P.S. I bake really good rowing snacks.
