I believe I can be Novice Men's Rowing Captain because I am passionate about rowing and UCLBC. Having gone through the novice program myself, I understand what is needed for it to run smoothly and effectively. I will dedicate my passion to next year’s novice team, ensuring they have the best experience possible during their novice year, just as I have. I will be supported by Vice Captain Harry Dixon, who will help me manage both land and water sessions. He is equally committed to making next year’s novice program the best it can be. I have seen firsthand what it takes to be a great captain from my predecessor, and I will apply everything I have learned to be the best Novice Men's Rowing Captain I can be.
