Aviation Society: Treasurer

Hi everyone, I am Vishal and I am an av-geek. You have definitely seen me post about flights I have taken and planes I have spotted at US airports during my study abroad year on WhatsApp. I am back at UCL for the next academic year and thought this would be a great chance to meet you all, and share my passion for the aviation industry. I have previously worked as Treasurer for the UCL Karting Club between 23-24, so I have experience in the role, and know how all the procedures work with the students' union, so I can ensure events are organised effectively, and facilitate new events to be run more frequently for the next year. Additionally, I have an extensive knowledge of the aviation industry, from completing a variety of flights over the last 2 years, and following the financials of certain airlines, I feel I would be a great fit as Treasurer of the society. At the University of Washington, I have just founded an aviation society, showing my commitment to the aviation at university, and creating an environment for av-geeks to meet up and get to know each other. Being based in Seattle for the last year has given me the opportunity to meet students working at Boeing, in addition to visiting their sites and seeing their impact on the local cities of the area. I wish I could have met all of you members this year, but I feel many of you know me through WhatsApp, and I hope you can give me your vote and put your trust in me to be a great Treasurer for the society.
