Zeina Ahmed Ismail

As a passionate and dedicated individual deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community, I believe that I am the ideal candidate to serve as the Charity Officer for the Arab and North African society at UCL. My extensive experience and involvement in various charitable endeavours, coupled with my academic pursuits and professional engagements, uniquely position me to excel in this role.

Having been an active member of the Reformation Charity at Kings College, I have developed a strong understanding of the importance of community engagement and social impact. This experience has instilled in me a sense of responsibility and empathy, driving me to contribute towards making a difference in the lives of those in need. My involvement with Counterpoint Arts, an Arts and Refugee NGO in London, has further deepened my understanding of the social issues faced by marginalised communities and the transformative power of the arts in fostering dialogue and understanding.

Currently pursuing a part-time Masters in Creative Health at UCL, I am eager to utilise my academic knowledge and practical experience to encourage charitable contributions and work however I can.
