AIESEC Society: Vice-President - Outgoing Global Exchange

I am standing for Outgoing Global Exchange VP because I am passionate about helping people find the right exchange opportunities, whether through volunteering, teaching, or internships. Seeing EPs step outside their comfort zones and make a real impact in local communities motivates me. As a team, we have the ability to connect more people to these life-changing experiences. I’ve learned a great deal from the AIESEC team at UCL, and I’m excited to build on this experience. OGX has immense potential, and I strongly align with its culture of hard work, efficiency, and support. As TL of IR, I helped grow 30+ partnerships within one term, an improvement from our previous three. This growth reflects what we can achieve through clear goals and collaboration, and I’m confident I can bring this culture to OGX.

I believe we can significantly increase applications by working closely with marketing and conducting regular market research. By expanding partnerships with high schools for gap years and other universities, we can target diverse opportunities more effectively.I run market research with 100 UCL students via Instagram stories to understand their needs. Recently, students showed interest in internships in Germany, and I secured relevant opportunities with IR partners. Being part of AIESEC has been an incredible experience, and I believe that by working together, we can enhance our outreach, streamline processes, and create even more meaningful opportunities for EP’s.
