Hi guys!
My name is Zoe and I am running for LCVP ER in AIESEC in UCL. I am very lucky to take part in this welcoming society, allowing me to grow as a leader and stepping out of my comfort zone. Now, I’m ready to take the next step and contribute even more to this function.
I have a strong background in event planning, which has equipped me with the skills to create impactful experiences. Within AIESEC, I’ve learned so much within our function, gaining insights into what makes events successful and how to engage our audience effectively. I’ve witnessed how effectively planned events can enhance our brand image and strengthen community ties. With my experience, I’m confident that I can take our function to the next level next year!
I plan to introduce flagship events to AIESEC to strengthen our brand presence and establish a sustainable revenue stream for our LC. By creating impactful and engaging events, we can enhance AIESEC’s visibility, attract more participants, and foster long-term partnerships.
Additionally, I believe that strong leadership begins with effective communication. I am always open to feedback because my ultimate goal is to build a supportive and thriving community. If given the opportunity to take on this role, I will dedicate myself to creating meaningful experiences and unforgettable memories for all of us. Thank you!!

Having been in AIESEC UCL, I have realised our role in developing youths’ 21st Century skills and promoting the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
To achieve this goal, my vision for ER is to be a cohesive and efficient bridge between AIESEC UCL and the community through forging active partnerships and creating engaging events.
My Plans as LCVP ER

- Creating systems and processes for smoother involvement of other functions during events
- Sharing ER’s forecast of events with sufficient lead time
- Prioritising member’s personal development
- Clear personal development target setting and quarterly check-in
- Delegating work that aligns with members’ goals
- Developing skills for partnership and event organisation
- Establishing strategic consistency and stable partnerships
- Launch flagship events
- Establish long-term partnerships with external organisations and UCL societies
Why Me?
- Strategic and Clear Foresight:
- I look at the bigger picture and can forecast ER’s course of action.
- Having been exposed to organisational leadership, I can introduce efficient systems and procedures for ER to run smoothly.
- Transferable Skills and Experienced:
- As an ER TL, I gained an understanding of how ER functions within AIESEC UCL. This allows me to better anticipate and address challenges.
- My prior experience as my school's Social and Relations Chairperson allows me to better understand event organisation and make ER initiatives more
