As the potential head of marketing at UCL's Women in Finance society, I'd be passionate about developing our niche further and marketing our society as a catalyst in empowering women to succeed in diverse financial career paths and personal aspirations. I aim to leverage our mentorship program as a main selling point, showcasing the expertise within our society. To enhance this, I propose crafting an in-depth guide to complement it, offering resources like sample cover letters and detailed insights into various firms, ensuring our members can excel despite being minorities in many fields like corporate finance, investment banking, and tech.

To further distinguish ourselves, I would be passionate about launching a podcast or webinar series featuring successful women in finance, providing insights and positioning our society as a thought leader. Additionally, I envision collaborating with other London women societies, such as LSE and KCL Women in Business on social media campaigns to expand our reach, foster a sense of community, and market our society beyond the confinements of UCL.

In summary, I aim to maintain our proven marketing strategies (actively managing our social media pages, engaging with members on group chats, and ensuring our website remains updated) while also introducing innovative initiatives to make our society a beacon of support and empowerment for women with passions in finance.
