Tennis Club: BUCS Men's 3 Team Captain

This year, I joined M3 for my second year at UCL and became a committed member of both the team and the society, attending events, training sessions, and, most importantly, matches throughout the season. I want to be captain because I have truly enjoyed the team's atmosphere and competitive spirit, and I am eager to replicate and contribute to achieving the team's ambitions. I am confident that my leadership, fighting spirit, and close connection with the team will contribute to improving league results and maintaining the fantastic team atmosphere that M3 represents.

My goal is to achieve these objectives by motivating each team member to be fully engaged during both training sessions and matches, as well as outside activities. This engagement can be fostered through events like curry night, pub golf, weekly socials, and some exclusive to M3 members, enhancing the team spirit. Another significant objective is aiming for promotion next year, and I am motivated to work collaboratively with the team and the coach to make this happen.
