Technology Society: Treasurer

Hello, I am Cindy, and I am a current first-year CS student. As a candidate for TechSoc’s Treasurer, I am aware this role comes with a lot of responsibility and caution in terms of dealing with important information. Hence I am committed to ensuring transparency in TechSoc’s finance and innovation in terms of managing the resources. It is crucial to safeguard the finances and achieve higher goals with this.
I pledge to maintain transparency at all times, strategically plan spending resources, and enhance funding opportunities as much as I can. In addition, I promise to do sustainable and inclusive financial planning so that society can benefit everyone in the long term as well.
As someone who has done a lot of finance management and enjoys doing so, I am willing to commit to TechSoc’s community, which I am delighted to be a part of. TechSoc provided numerous good opportunities to improve myself and my skills, and I want to contribute to such a helpful and welcoming community.
My goal is not only to ensure transparent and sustainable finance management but also with this as a foundation, to bring innovative ideas to society. I hope to meet you as a TechSoc Treasurer and make a flourishing community!
