Hi everyone, this is Vivian! I am thrilled to announce my candidacy for the position of treasurer in our esteemed society. Over the past year, I have actively participated in various tournaments and competitions, allowing me to not only hone my skills but also build strong connections with many of you. As a second-year university student, I bring a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for fostering the growth and success of our society. My commitment to excellence, combined with my financial acumen, makes me well-suited for the role of treasurer. I understand the importance of prudent financial management and transparency in ensuring our society's continued success. I am eager to contribute my skills to maintain our society's financial health and support the vibrant community we have built together. With your trust and support, I am confident that I can make a positive impact as your treasurer. Thank you for considering me for this crucial role.

Raymond Chan

I am Raymond, a first-year undergraduate student majoring in Economics.

As an intermediate player of snooker, I felt no hesitation in joining this society when I saw it on the list. During my time in the society, I have built connections with members and the committee, allowing me to become familiar with its structure and functioning.

Additionally, I have actively participated in competitions representing Team UCL, achieving second place at the Warwickshire Classic Open and serving as team captain in the Southern 8 Ball Pool Competition and the London City Pool League, competing against teams such as Imperial and JP Morgan.

These experiences have deepened my passion for the sport and ignited a desire within me to further promote it within our university community. I believe that there is immense potential for expanding the size and influence of our society, and I am eager to play a leading role in making this happen.
