Science Magazine Society: Treasurer

Joining the Science Magazine Society as the first-year representative has been a wonderful experience, especially thanks to the supportive and creative nature of the committee. It has been amazing to see the wide variety of high-quality academic events organized and the incredible collective effort and brainstorming behind the scenes that go into organizing them. I hope to continue to contribute to the society’s role in making scientific exploration a more accessible and enjoyable pursuit for a wide variety of members. I hope to draw on my strong communication and organizational skills and previous experience as a committee member to contribute to organizing exciting workshops, academic talks, and scientific discussion/networking events for students, who share a passion for science research!
