Musical Theatre Society: Treasurer

Hi there!

I am Ivaana, a second-year Politics and International Relations student.

I have really enjoyed being involved behind the scenes in several productions and would like to make the society a great experience for all in the upcoming year! Producing "Lift," this year’s term 1 small show, made me realize how much goes into producing, and I would like to hold a “Producer crash course” to explain the various different aspects involved in being a producer!

Moreover, I have been the treasurer of the International Relations Society and the Mental Health Society; thus, I am already well-versed in the responsibilities of a treasurer. Additionally, as a producer, I have worked closely with finances in MT and have a good sense of using spreadsheets (and making tanks out of cardboard). I would like to apply the knowledge I gained in these positions to help run the Musical Theatre Society smoothly!

I would love to help the society provide the musical escape the students very much need by keeping the financial and organizational aspects in order!
