Didi Dergham

Being a part of the chamber choir since October has been so lovely, and I'm looking forward to next year!

Singing is a big part of my life, and I spend a lot of my time in choirs around London working closely with the directors, so I feel I've developed the skills as well as the dedication it takes to manage chamber choir.

I'm running for manager with Sam, and we're looking to help work with the choir from behind the scenes: helping run admin, preparing music, arranging concert venues, and hopefully planning some exciting extra ideas if we can, like visiting some big cathedrals for evensong, or planning a tour.

Sam and I think we'd be a great team, so give us both a vote!

Sam Britner

Over the past term and a half, I have had an absolutely brilliant time in Chamber Choir, and I'd love to help be able to do my part in its 70-year history. I have met so many amazing people making music together in the choir and want to make sure the experience is even better than I found it for the next year. I'm running for Chamber Choir Manager with Didi this term and absolutely can't wait to work with her. Didi and I have worked as Freshers' Reps this year, giving us a proven track record together and we both agree we'd make a great team.

Our key aims:

  • Arranging concert venues
  • Preparing music
  • Boring admin
  • Keeping standard high

Specifically, next year I hope to be able to take the Choir to perform in an Oxbridge college(s) as well as make sure that we have our own tour like last year somewhere abroad.

I hope you'll consider having me and Didi as your Chamber Choir managers for next year; please give us both a vote! -Sam.
