Jan Chow
Hello everyone, I am Jan. As a Mahjong player for over 5 years, I have consistently joined mahjong sessions and became a champion in the session in December.
As the Events coordinator of next year, I wish to implement the following plans:
Connections: Upon the connections with different societies like PASS and Taiwan Society, I hope to connect with societies like board games to hold a game night for all.
Competitions: Are you interested in competing with other students from London? I hope to organise tournaments to have students from the London 5Us together to mahjong.
Socials: Other than just mahjong, why don’t we have some Chinese food and snacks? I plan to organise mahjong brunch or mahjong dinner to better connect our members.
By voting for me, I will use my background, along with my passion to make the Mahjong Society an inclusive society for all everyone in UCL.
