Live Music Society: Treasurer

Hi, I'm Sean, and I'm standing to be Live Music Society's Treasurer for next year!

I have loved Live Music Society ever since I joined at the start of this year. Even at first, when getting involved in events such as Extravabandza in 1st term, I wanted to do more in the society, and joined the LM committee as Freshers' Representative - and since then I've aimed to take part in as much live music as possible, including Rhapsody (which was incredible!), and all the other amazing events such as jams and open mics. This has really given me great experience and understanding into how Live Music functions as a society. 

I'd love to be your Treasurer next year, and I feel like I would suit this role, as I, coming from a mathematical background (Mathematics being my degree), can offer both a sensible and reliable insight into financial decisions for the society, while also prioritising the society's wellbeing in both the short and long term since music is such a great passion of mine. I am confident that I will be able to maintain Live Music's finances accurately and efficiently, while ensuring that all facets of the society receive equal and fair financial support. 

In summary, I am wholly of the opinion that I will be an ideal fit for Live Music's Treasurer as a result of my reliability, organisational ability and great passion for music, and I hope I will be able to serve Live Music in this way next year!
