Lacrosse Club: Treasurer

Hi, I'm Nicola and I'm applying to be Treasurer next year. I absolutely love working with numbers, as you can tell by my degree choice (Maths). However, most of the numbers in my course have been replaced by Greek symbols and I miss seeing actual numbers. So hopefully through this role, I'll get back to my favourite hobby, other than lacrosse, which is doing numerical calculations and filing accounts. I aim to keep the club out of debt and work with everyone to get the best deals with the money we have. I've been practising by trying to find the best-valued Tesco meal deal combination which is shown in my candidate photo.

I am running for treasurer as I have the necessary skills to effectively manage and budget Lacrosse's funds. I will make sure we are able to fully capitalise on our financial opportunities and ensure the club's funds are used for the benefit of all its members. The club can trust that its financial affairs will be in capable hands as I am deeply committed to the success and growth of our Lacrosse society.
