International Relations Society: President

Hey everyone, 

It was truly a pleasure being your Academic Events Director this past year. We've shared incredible experiences, from embassy visits to thought-provoking talks and screenings. Now, as the year comes to a close, I'm looking forward to run to be your next president! I want to continue the momentum and present additional proposals for our society's growth:

As president, I have several proposals to make this society even better: 

• Enhanced Cultural Engagement: While our society has increased the diversity of speakers, there is always room for improvement. I'm committed to bringing in more speakers to discuss a wide range of international issues. By ensuring a variety of perspectives, we can truly understand the essence of being an INTERNATIONAL society. I'll also actively consult with the SU's People of Color (POC) officers to guarantee that our efforts are inclusive and representative
• Feedback Mechanism: Implement a structured feedback mechanism to ensure continuous improvement. Regular surveys and feedback sessions will allow members to express their thoughts on events, suggest new ideas, and actively contribute to shaping the direction of the society.
• Interactive Workshop Series: Introduce a series of interactive workshops that cater to both academic and practical skills development. These sessions can cover a range of topics, from research methodologies to networking skills, enhancing the overall educational experience for our members.
