Alexander Anderson
Greetings, fellow hikers!
I’m Alexander, a first year student of French and Spanish. I really enjoyed the amazing events that the Hiking Club organised this past year, and I want to contribute to making next year even more fun and memorable for all members.
That’s why I’m applying for the position of Treasurer. I have a lot of experience in handling finances and payments - I was in charge of paying invoices and tracking payments as the President of the London Culture Society, until we got a treasurer two weeks ago. In the process, I negotiated with other societies and venues to get the best prices for our members.
This means that I have a lot of experience in managing budgets and ensuring that our events are affordable and successful.
I believe I have the skills and the enthusiasm to be a reliable and responsible treasurer for the Hiking Club!
