Football Red Star: Welfare Secretary

Playing football at Red Star has been as important for my mental health as it has been for my physical health. As welfare sec I will continue to promote the inclusive and friendly atmosphere Red Star already has, with Red Star FC needing to continue to be a place where members can talk about their mental health without any stigma. 

Football must be promoted to the masses, and accessible to everyone. 

I am standing as Welfare Secretary to identify and improve on the existing problems within the society, and make sure that we get more footballers inside the society from the 2024/25 cohort.

I want to ensure that more regular games are available to students who wish to play more often, alongside participation of the Red Star 4s in a London University League like the 3s, 2s, and 1s. 

One of my targets would be to recruit more active students into the society, to expand into more teams and newer leagues.
