Football Red Star: 7-a-side Secretary

After having worked as the 7 a side secretary for Red Star last year I had to opportunity to play a lot of small sided football which I enjoy a lot, and through this got to know and meet so many new people. I love the intensity and dynamic nature of small sided football and am always keen to arrange and take part in the sessions. I would like to carry on playing and enjoying 7s regularly and continue to meet new people through it. 

Football must be promoted to the masses, and accessible to everyone. 

I am standing as 7-a-side Secretary to identify and improve on the existing problems within the society, and make sure that we get more footballers inside the society from the 2024/25 cohort.

I want to ensure that more regular games are available to students who wish to play more often, alongside participation of the Red Star 4s in a London University League like the 3s, 2s, and 1s. 

One of my targets would be to recruit more active students into the society, to expand into more teams and newer leagues.
