I want to make football accessible for everyone, whether you are a financially struggling student at university or someone who is well-off.

I will actively reach out to football clubs in London for free and discounted tickets to fixtures so that members of the society can attend games for free/minimal cost.

I know your passion for your favourite club, and the pain you go through when you cannot attend football games because they are so expensive. I will not let financial worries prevent you from getting the opportunity to witness your dreams.

Daniel Sundaram

I am applying for the position of president because of my passion for football and the joy it brings when shared with friends. Since moving to London in September 2023 as a Fresher at UCL, I've set myself the challenge of attending home games of all the premier clubs in London at least once. So far, I've witnessed matches at West Ham, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Crystal Palace stadiums, with plans to visit others soon. I have also visited some Championship clubs, including QPR and Watford.
I collect matchday scarves from these games, displaying them on a board in my room as a record of my experiences. Additionally, I document these football outings through short vlogs shared on social media, aiming to inspire similar challenges within the UCL Football Fan Society (UCL FFS).

I have significant aspirations for the society and am eager to contribute to its management. Recently, I went on a trip to Barcelona with friends, where we attended an FC Barcelona match at the Olympic Stadium (Camp Nou was under renovation). This experience sparked the idea of organising a "UCL FFS Tour," venturing to football matches in cities beyond the UK. Being an avid traveller, I am enthusiastic about orchestrating and coordinating such an endeavour.
