Engineers Without Borders Society: Treasurer

Hi!

I am Mathilde, a 2nd year Arts and Sciences and I was the treasurer of UCL Engineers without Borders last year.

I am running for the same position, because I really enjoyed the treasurer position last year . I now have  a one year experience on how to manage well our society, financially speaking!  Given my Arts and Sciences  degree I have a bit of knowledge of economics which conforts me in the position. But, mostly my studies background focuses on environmental sciences

In addition, I still want to be part of the EwB committee, as  I would like to continue organising amazing events of our society linking engineering and sustainability such as hackathons concerning transport, food, energy or waste.  I had a wonderful time in this society and I think that EwB society plays a role in the awareness of sustainable practices. Next year I see the EwB society as a collective thinking as a team  in a creative way to environmental problems and as a safe community.
