Zongmian Wu

Hii! I am a second-year student from Electronics and Electrical Engineering. I am driven by a genuine passion for engineering and a keen interest in leading innovative events. I love contributing fresh ideas and spearheading impactful initiatives. Having previously served as a student representative in the student union, I honed valuable coordination skills and gained experience that I am eager to leverage for the betterment of our engineering community.

I am willing to coordinate events, propose novel projects, and cultivate relationships with companies, committing to fostering innovation and enhancing the experiences for everyone in the society, that is, YOU! I will be dedicated to instigating positive changes that will make our society more dynamic and efficient than ever before. Looking forward to bringing about positive transformations and contributing to the success of our lovely society!

Zainab Waly

Throughout my first year here at UCL, I've absolutely loved attending the myriad of Engineering Society events that have been so meticulously put on by the committee (personal favourites being the 3D printing workshop in collaboration with KCL and the freshers painting picnic!). In addition, getting to meet and connect with not only students of my department and cohort but individuals from every year group and discipline has been an incredible experience! Because of this I'd love a chance to get involved next year as an Events Executive for EngSoc! Thanks for your consideration :)
