Effective Altruism Society: Head of Operations

I am standing to continue the great work done by the EA society last year when I first joined. I hope to continue hosting great events with a variety of speakers in different EA fields from Animal Welfare to AI Safety and Biosecurity. 

I am standing for Head of Operations because, as a current member of the induction fellowship, I would love the opportunity to become increasingly involved within the effective altruism movement. I believe in the importance of Effective Altruism  having representation at the university level, encouraging student engagement with and discussions on these matters. As Head of Operations,  I would strive to engage with the UCL and wider EA community, committing my time towards this end.
