Chinese Traditional Painting and Calligraphy Society: President

Hi everyone! I’m Haowen, running for CTPC president.

Being one of the teachers of our society, I really love and enjoy the atmosphere and environment that we’re creating. I think that CTPC is a very unique place where we could gather together and share our thoughts through our expression of Chinese traditional arts. Because of this, I sincerely wish that I could contribute to our society, with my skills in arts and creativity, and together with all of our members to make CTPC even better!

As an artist, I’m strongly passionate about Chinese traditional art culture. Starting from the age of 6, I’ve been practising Chinese painting and calligraphy for more than 13 years now. Through these years, I’ve studied a wide variety of painting subjects and writing styles, and I truly wish to share their techniques and stories in creative and meaningful ways.
