American Football Club: Social Secretary

I have really enjoyed the team bonding from our socials this year and want to replicate and improve it for our team next year as we go into Div 1.

I want to implement some new ideas for socials to hopefully rival white t shirt night. 

As a team i think we could also participate in things like movemeber to try and raise money for a great charity with a social at the end of the month.

I love this game, I love this team and I love a beer. Whether it’s combines and drafts, trivia nights or olympics, there are some ideas floating around too. More importantly, I want to hear yours. Tell me your dream Wednesday night and let’s make it a reality 🫡🫡🫡

To train up the rookies as scala warriors. Also socials are important to the club, especially integrating rookies into the team and getting to know the rest of the squad.

I feel like I can contribute a lot to the culture of American Football in UCL. I have already made plans on certain socials I would like to add on to the the present schedule. I would like to flesh out the Combine + Family Draft by doing it after training, allowing us to hold more appropiate physical challanges. I would also like to organise Olympics where people split into their nationalities to compete on AF related activities as well as a AF trivia night in a pub quiz style. This on top of a few other things, I feel would allow the team to bond further aswell as attract more recruits for the coming years.
