Applying for the Captain position

Being part of this team gave me an enormous amount of pride, and made me grow into a better player and a stronger person.

It might be my illusion, but I see numerous ways to strengthen this team and have the brotherhoods.

I have played four different American football teams(middle school to the US ARMY). To be honest, I have always been a selfish player who does not care about the team's result if I only win against my mark-man.

However, this team has given me the strongest feeling of eagerness to grow together and achieve as a team, I was honestly surprised that I cried and was depressed when the team lost the game.

Specifically, I do want to try more systematical training sessions and a stronger team such as making gym sessions together with each other.

If I get a chance to become a captain, the first thing I would want to do is make an Excel file for everyone to see each other's PR records to motivate each other and ourselves.

I, myself as a qualified Personal trainer and psychology student, I will always be close to all my teammates if they need any help with anything I can, from the gym session to their mental illness.

Lads, we've had an incredible year but there ain't no way we're letting it stop there.

We have loads to plan, lots to work on, plenty of wins to earn, and we will show all the other teams that this year past was not a one-off. Onwards and upwards!

We're full speed ahead into Div 1 next year and, if I am granted the opportunity, I could not be more proud than to help lead this team on and off the field as Captain.
