Hello everyone! I'm Sejal, a first-year economics student, running for the presidency of UCL AIESEC Society. Having witnessed the incredible impact of AIESEC globally, I am inspired to be actively involved in fostering a similar positive environment within our UCL community. My aspiration to run for the presidency is underpinned by a genuine belief in AIESEC's ability to transform emerging leaders. I aspire to contribute to society's legacy by fostering an environment of personal growth and cross-cultural understanding.

My diverse leadership experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive skill set, including adept communication and strategic acumen. I am dedicated to fostering collaboration and inclusivity within the committee, with a paramount focus on empowering each member. My intention is not solely to lead but to ensure that every voice is heard and valued. I am prepared to leverage my skills to fortify internal cohesion, streamline operational processes, and elevate the overall efficacy of the AIESEC UCL Society.

As President, my vision is to elevate the UCL AIESEC’s impact on and off-campus. This includes refining our recruitment process, increasing our presence, and fostering an environment of innovation and personal development. I am particularly passionate about expanding international opportunities to provide more students with transformative experiences.
