Salaam all! <3
For my final year at UCL, it would be an honour to be elected the Vice President of Sudanese Society.
When i first joined the society in 2021, i quickly adored not only the thoughtful events that were done that year but also the welcoming aura of the committee and all people in the society.
I would love to continue this for the 2023/24 academic year and be a part of the team! To be involved in bringing more wonderful events and learning more about all of you would be the most amazing way to finish my UCL journey.
As your Vice President, I plan to:
- Ensure the Sudani Soc committee have frequent meetings to make regular and fun events for you all throughout the year.
- Support your Sudani Soc team but also be there for anyone in the society who needs a second opinion, a piece of advice or a hug sometimes :)
- Implement a system to measure student enjoyment during our events so we can keep doing the events you want and give you the opportunity to nominate your ideas for events.
- Be involved in making this next year an incredible one for Sudani Soc, just like the committee did for the 2 years before us.
