Just a small intro in case you don't know me. My name is Xiaoyu Hu, but feel free to call me Alice. I'm a first year student studying Mathematics with Economics.

In September when I first came to deciding which societies I was going to join, I thought adults don't make decisions! They take it all. So I joined all the once that interested me, but but but the only one that sticks with me is snowsports. Maybe because how MUCH I love snowboarding? Maybe because we have great socials? Maybe because how amazing the people are? I honestly don't know, but I do know that I want to be part of this society and contribute to make it better.

If I become the snowboard captain, I would try my best to listen and consider all the boarders' advices and ideas. Be inclusive to everyone and always be there for any problem and questions. I can't guarantee any higher achievement in competitions since I'm not the best ones, but I will push myself and encourage other boarders in the coming year to achieve our best.
