Zoha Hanif
Having been a part of the Pakistani committee as a first year representative, I have had the opportunity to experience the inner workings of the society.
Participating in organising events, attending weekly meetings and interacting with members of the society will allow me to accommodate the role of general secretary with ease. I am very keen on taking on this role for my next academic year, as this will not only give me a chance to promote Pakistani culture and traditions within the university community but also keep members of the society informed about upcoming events, meetings, and activities whilst highlighting the achievements and contributions of the society. I look forward to collaborating with future committee members in planning and executing events that celebrate the Pakistani culture and foster a sense of community within the university.
Finding a home away from home is what Paksoc was to me and it’s what I look forward to being for all the future members.
